When you grow up you realize how much you sacrificed your own happiness to please others and maintaining this is exhausting. When you grow up you realize you are not going to do that anymore. When you grow up you realize how many people in your life you piss off by not doing just that. When you grow up you realize that it is not worth it and you don't give a shit anymore. When you grow up you realize the only thing that really matters is your own sanity. When you grow up you realize that you don't want to grow up any more.
